You could probably piece together a lot of it from youtube videos. The problem with that is there is more garbage than good clips so if you don't know what you're looking for it won't work. The guy in the video I posted (Jason Wojo) created an instructional video. The guys on IntenseMuscle only had good things to say about it.

You could also look at clips/videos of David Henry. They may not all be DC training but that is how he trains now.

Edit: I should mention that the DVD was made by Dante so it is straight from the horses mouth so to speak.

yeha, ive heard actually watching the vid explained alot of things...better than 2000pages of cycles for pennies ....lol

i have the jason wojo vid......good instructional vid and has some great alternative exercises......wojo and his buddy are retards tho.....i am willing to trade this dvd for anothe bodybuilding dvd.....haha
