hi , am 190 pouds and 180cm no fat in good shape, but i did not work for a while,and i am planing to start a 1 cycle like this,cypionte 1-12 week , dianabol 1-4wek 20 mg a day i been working for last 3 week no problem so i guess i am still in good shape,shuld i start or need to wait longer time, thanks for advice, p.s newer use s beafore

i am 34 and no cycle expirience at all i,my goals is to grow some muscle mass in short time

You should be training for atleast one or two years before even thinking of doing a cycle.
The only way to get Mass on is food and diete not AAS.

You really need to get your body to a point where it is used to intense training and a good diet for a while before starting any AAS. AAS should only be used when you have reached your natural potential, physique wise and cannot go any further naturally.
What does a typical day of eating look like for you?? What does a typical workout look like for you??

i work 60 min as day and eat 5 times a day no diet just a lot of quality food, since i do not hawe problem with weight

How much protein do you eat approx pr day??
60min per day, everyday?? What type of body part split do you use?? What does a sample of one of your routines look like??

Don't rush this bro. Keep reading this site and you'll learn soon enough exactly what to do, when and how much. I researched a long time before my first shot. Never looked back after that but I felt confident.
This thread puts you on the right track though.
My suggestion is to make sure your training is in check and your body is near it's plateau. That means you gain no more quality muscle, no more strength even though you have been consistently eating, resting and training hard for months on end. Then you can start to think of when to start cycling. Too soon and you kind of waste the gear as you could have done it naturally and you risk side effects for nothing.
If you're tendons aren't developed enough, what will happen is that your muscle gets stronger than your tendon. You are able to lift much more but tendons grow very slow and since they don't grow as fast as muscle when you're on gear, injuries can happen. Which really really suck. But if you did the hard work and put in the time, you may be ready.

Yes this forum is awesome i agree with the whole thread really and research all you can, what supplements are you taking? IMO when training hard AAS or not you shold at least be taking Creatine, a good multi vitamine, flax seed oil, glucosomine and chrondrin for joint care as bb training is hard on the joints to start with and for bulking this is my diet which i try to follow closly hope this helps i train every other day (when healthy and 2 body parts only)

i also have my creatine right b-4 i workout and right after followed by a protein shake after workout then a weight gainer b-4 bed to keep my levels up all night i use whole milk in all my shakes cause gaining weight is hard for me hope this helps! p.s my workout is at 7:00 P.M.
