oral winny and holding water??

Okay so I have a friend telling me he’s taken A winny oral only cycle “not something I would do” not sure of the brand, he starts on about how he feels like he’s holding water and you can see it he’s up a few pounds for sure, his face is even bloated. My first thought is whatever he’s taking is bunk, when ever I have taken winny I’m pretty dry!
Now before I go running my mouth to him I wanna make sure I’m not off here. What do you guys think …. Holding water on winny tabs ???

Shouldn't be holding water on winny. Best thing to do is stop it completely. If it's dbol, he'll drop water weight fast and that was the problem. If he holds the water, he should take a look at his diet or other supplements. Drinking alcohol, especially beer does this to me. Even more so if I eat pasta 3+ times a week.

he's eating clean ..and next to never drinks.... maybe the odd one but evan at the bar he's right with me on the water

Is he dieting and below 10% BF? If not then he could be retaining water for a variety of reasons. Winny is used the last 4-8 weeks of a diet prior to a contest for the cosmetic hardening effect. If hes fat...over 10% then there really is no reason to take winny due to the effect on joints as well as being 17aa and not being lean anough to see any cosmetic hardening. If he is dieting and is quite lean and began retaining water with the introduction of winny then I would be suspect on what it actually is...methyl test? dbol? could be anything for that matter.
Winny will have a drying effect and will not cause water retention as it is a DHT derivative so you can rest assured it is not the winny(if its legit).

my guess is its not winny but he did just start it not to long ago I think ill just keep my mouth shut
