Would it make sense to split an HRT dose?

Currently I take one shot of 250 mg Test Cyp every Sunday. Would splitting it into 2x125 mg make a difference?

your levels would be a bit more stable...
if it was Test E i would say you are fine..but Cyp i do twice a week

Thanks, I will probably then do 125 ml every Thursday and Sunday evening and 250 iu of HCG every Wednesday and Saturday.

yup, i always split my test dose every 3.5 days..

monday morning and thursday evening.

Welllll, he's got me on 200 mg per week but I cheat a bit. Why?

because thats a good dose to be on, my buddy thats on HRT is only on like 125mg/week.

We did the bloodwork before I started and after I was at 100 mg per week. I was still low-normal so he uped the dose. He also gave me a script with enough repeats to last me a year. I know I'll have to supplement it with outside Test but I'll worry about that later.

That doesn't make sense. If you're not doing it for the anabolics effect, any doc should be able to help you out if you clearly need it to help you live. I was getting hot flashes and had zero libido. Now, my wife has to beat me off with a stick ... but she usually gives in.

Buuuut my Doc. is from South Africa and he's pretty kool, i've been playing around with maybe seeing what his take is on this. I'm doing a small cycle starting in a month, at the end i'll just go off completely and than go see him, :)

Find out what the effects of low Test are: hot flashes, loss of libido, fatigue, lack of concentration, etc. If these fit you, tell your doc you would like bloodwork done. That should tell him what to do. If not, get another doctor as all the information is right there in front of him.

And so did I, but with my doctors script I get Pharmaceutical grade test and my insurance pays 80%.

I am prescribed 200mg a week... I split my shots.

Im on 100mg/week plus hcg. If I was on 200mg (a full cc) I would probably split my shots and go mon/thur but I coud be bothered for the small dose I am using and even my endo said it wont make much diff at my dose.
