Just a quick question.

How many of you take your dbol everyday, even if not going to the gym. Today is my day off and I remember last time I did not take the Dbol on the days I was off, as I understand the halflife with it is quite short.

Currently I have been playing with my doseages between 20-40mg a day. The difference I have noticed was the pump is of course alot more great on days that I take 40.

I was thinking that if I did 20mg on my off days in the morning and 40mg on my gym days I would be good. 20 when I wake up and 20 1hr before the gym.

Am I messing up my body doing it this way?

i take it everyday regardless

i would assume taking some on off days is better than none..but i would keep it consistent.

I agree with "TheBoss"

Consistancy, I find is the Key. Keep those levels stable rather then dynamic and you'll be better off.

I only take it once pre training but I only run dbol 4 to 5 weeks into my cycle. If you're using it as a kick start or heaven forbid a dbol only cycle you should split it up throughout the day to keep blood levels stable and protein synthesis constant.

Take dbol at the same dose every day regardless of if training or not.

I agree with some of the above. Dont fluctuate your dosages. Your throwing your blood levels all over the chart doing that. Just stick to the 40mg ED even on your days off.

I take it everyday because of the old adage "you grow outside of the gym".

Dbol is for more than just pumps.
