hey guys so i took a break form the game if u know what i mean...now im back and wondering why i stayed away so long......i havent done mylast cycle since last feb over ayear im back...and open to suggestions for cycles for size but look lean as well as vascular

whats your history? (how many cycles have you done, what compounds and how much of each)

how tall, weight and b/f %?

you wanna get big, but be lean and vascular...you can either be big or be lean and vascular at one time, which do u wanna do right now?

Welcome to CBB. I agree with Methadone. You need to pick a goal, you cant have both. Unless of course you are genetically gifted.

test , deca, dboll and a clean diet or just test and tren

Agree, start with test maybe even first... just one compound.

Or test, dbol and deca. :)

hey guys ya ive lost all my size and want rto get back into it ...im 5/7 170lbs want to go to 190lbs and be fairly lean and veiny.....

yea test/deca/dbol if you want to blow up,
or try test/EQ/tbol to gain, but keep the water away.

Welcome bro. If you have been outta the gym for awhile, I would suggest training natty for a bit, just to see where you are at. Give it at minimum 4 to 6 months, then like everyone says, do a simple cycle to get you back on track. You will be surprised how much you can rebound training natty for a bit.

I've had good results from test/deca but I got fairly bloated.

Looking forward to trying test/tren in the future.
