im doing 12 weeks of 400mgs test e. i have plenty of nolva on hand.

how many weeks and at what dose do i use the nolva?

how many days after my last shot do i start PCT?

I am personally not a fan of nolva for pct, i prefer low dose clomid and an AI such as aromasin for pct. This is how i run my pct...PCT starts 14 days after the last shot of test E.

Wk 1-3 Clomid 50mg/day
Wk 1-5 Aromasin 25mg/day

I also suggest HCG either on cycle, the whole cycle or just pre-PCT i.e. the last few weeks of the cycle...Optimally, 500iu 2x per week on cycle, the whole cycle, is the way to go but you could also try 500iu of HCG, 2x per week for the last 5 weeks before pct.
