Working out the finer points of my pct and cycle. I want to make sure i have a solid PCT set up and as many of you know this will be my first cycle and always my health and safety is important

The test i´m looking at comes like this 10ml- 250/ml so i´m considering 500mg
for 14-15 weeks instead of 12week. <-- is this going to be too long ?
I have access to Arimdex .5 mg tabs and i&#180;m also considering running this through out the cycle , will gains really suffer ??


So my cycle will look like this:

500mg test e for 1-14or 15 weeks
.5mg of arimdex EoD
Then 2 weeks after the last shot of testosterone is given
40 mg of Nolva ED for 1-2 Week
20 mg of Nolva ED for 3-4 Week

What about adding Tribulus to this?
and tapering ?

In intead of doing 40/40/20/20 on the nolva though, you could get away with 40/20/20/20, thats how its usually laid out.

i did a 6 week pct just to be safe, going on last week now, lots do 4, but 6 never hurt


lose the tribulus, dont need it, unless your talking about using it in your pct, then go hard.

half life of enth is 10.5 days.

so after 2 weeks its already broken down once,

after 3 weeks its broken down twice, so you might feel a little more shut down.

but 3 weeks should work, generally people do 2 though, ive definatly heard of 3 though.

youll still have test in your system at 3, but really an extra week of nolva doesnt cost that much, and this way youll fight the estrogen off before the test is already broken down twice compared to once at 2 weeks

(this might not make sense to some people how i worded it haha, i just typed it how i was thinking it in my head, someone correct me if i made a mistake)

ah ok. still worked well for me at 3 weeks though, but I take nolva for anti e's instead of aromasin or other anti a's, maybe that's why I never had problems.

you run nolva regularly on cycle as if it were an AI?

yes, I'm old school. I started before all the anti a's became popular and I have good results that way. I tried femara once and it totally killed me sex drive so went back to nolva and had my consistent good gains with some moderate water retention. Nothing crazy. But I bulk mostly as I have a hard time gaining weight.

low test, low energy, low libido and depressed. Dragging your ass to get to the gym. Stuff like that.

From last injection i was fine until about 2-3 weeks after when the test starting breakin down.

sex drive was shit for a couple weeks and i wasnt into the hour+ long sex i usually am haha, after the first nut i wanted to just goto sleep.

was kinda tired, Lifts went down, kept most of my mass, but strength def went down.

Oh and when you go your whole cycle without getting acne, dont think your in the clear. as soon as i went off, my chest exploded with acne. apparently it hits you when your coming off, i didnt know this haha

i used a natural test booster along with my nolva for pct, Universal animal test, its like 130 bucks for 21 days worth (wow mainstream supplements are a rip off haha) but it worked good for bringing my libido back fast

good to know think im going run a ton to trib with my nova to get the boys going again
