Ya he asked what my weight and body fat percent goal is. I had a chart slected the foods i like to eat and they design it from there. They check up on me and update it every two weeks. Just wondering if anyone else has tried something like this and what they thought.

I never had a diet made for me. I always did my own reading, then experimenting. Dan Duchaine had a diet called the isocaloric diet I gave a go. It had some good concepts to it.

try it out and in 4-6wks if yor not on track then change it a bit to suit your needs.
unless they are charging you an insanely large amount. then just read, and ask questions.

No i have a friend that manages the gym so i am getting it for free. And they follow my progress and update it every two weeks if they have to. Thanks for the input guys.
they'll recommend the typical foods, tell you to eat more often and count calories.
I could make an arguement against the first two but if you have no idea how to set up a diet and they are offering a plan offering sufficient protein and EFAs along with calorie control for free why not take a look at it. its pretty hard to screw up making a proper diet most make it over complicated and unnecessarily difficult but if you stick to it unless it's completely retarded you should see progress
