so afer 12 weeks off, im anxious to get my abs in view, but i also need muscle..dont we all..

currently on PALUMBO diet as i needed to get drastic with weight... i feel i still have around 20lbs of lard to lose..regardless

i will be adding some "turbo boost" in about 6 wks when i am used to working out again, but know you cant gain muscle without carbs......SOOOOO

should i do 50gm carbs PRE AND POST WORKOUT...and maybe next meal

or, 30-50mgs every meal, or

first meal, and pre and post...., or

stay on no/low carbs and hope for the best as its been yrs since "NOS" Has been added, so maybe i will gain??

also think im going to cut my 3 on 1 off down to 3 or 4 days a week...on the weeks i work 5 days a week, and have to hit the gym, i'd basically NOT see my son, and thats not cool for me...

likely run 4-500mg enanthate, 50mg tren ace mon/wed/fri... 3 week front load superdrol??

thanks guys... i know i will get quality advice here..

I find that doing a keto diet, followed by a 2.5 day carb up works best for losing weight and gaining muscle at the same time. The key for me personally is, I go zero carbs from Sunday night to Friday. On Friday I do a total body workout using a really high rep range, (about 15 to 20 for 8 to 10 sets per body part), and start carb loading immediately following the workout, (similar to Dan Duchaine's BODYOPUS diet, from the 90's). I use mainly simple carbs all of Friday, eat complex carbs on the Saturday, including one cheat meal, and some more carbs on Sunday. I stop eating carbs on Sunday at about 5:00 p.m.

For me, this has been the best way to lose a ton of fat, while putting on a bit of muscle.

But, as always, things vary from person to person.

I should have added.....the theory behind the high rep workout on Friday is to try and totally deplete the muscle cells to prepare for supercompensation, which takes place with the carb feedings.

hey DK, i put PHIL on hold for a while until i healed up my collarbone... then over the holidays i overate junk + no train and hit around 240lbs...so i had to get drastic and thought i would try PALUMBO diet, as per BLUENOSE...so im down to around 215lb and to be honest i like both styles, love phils fruit, but PALUMBO ends up being cheaper and i dont have gas anymore...

thats the nutshell bro.

maybe i figured it out....

bump RX up to 200mg wk
tren ace at 50mg mon/weds/frid...and possibly
winny caps, 25mg ed...ALL FOR 6 WKS...then reassess the physique..no need to jack test up yet i guess...
