When during the day do you inject.

I mostly inject after a shower at night right before bed. I find I'm most relaxed then and rarely get any pain from the injections.

What about you guys, do you have a fixed time for injections?

GH, however, I always pin in the morning an hour before I eat.

I pin right early in the morning because most people say pain comes within 15 hours so, if I pin at 8am and go to bed at 10pm, most of the pain time is when I am sleeping right?

I never have had pain after an injection so I dont know i my theory is correct

Morning ritual..

I plug the sink, fill it with an inch of hot water, plop my bottle in there while I shower to heat up the oil. The steam in the bathroom also warms the rubber stopper which seems to dulls the needle less.

dont think this is right, the pain definatly comes approximately 15 hours after, but there is no way it would be gone by the time you woke up.
