I have developed a lateral indent in my right bicep. When I'm at the gym and getting pumped my bicep will get a indent? It hurts like a cramp or charlie horse. There is a bit of a bulge above it towards my shoulder. Any advice? What is it... How do I make it better.

YIkes. . sounds like partial tear. . .? Did it swell up or get painful? FEel like a hot wire was being pulled though it? Did you have any incident that seemed like you might have accutely injured it?

Ya sounds like a injury, but you should see a RMT for some deep tissue massage then they will tell you if you have tear.

no specific incident. It hurts but just when I lift. Its just a little indent. Maybe muscle growth is uneven. Its right on the very top of my bicep and shows up just when I have been lifting. It hurts for a while and then goes away. It does sort of feel like burning I guess. If its a tear I should take it easy on the weights should I not?

muscel builds end to end.... so its not "uneven muscle growth as you call it

was there ever any bruising at the site? sounds liek its a partial tear or perhaps a partail tear that healed back tight... i had this last year in my hammie!

few ART sessions and lots of stretchign and i was good as new

Go get it checked out by a doc to be sure. A pic would be cool too.
