Are there any ways to lower SGBH(sex globule binding hormone) other then proviron? Any natural supplements? For those the cycle for long periods do you notice test loses a bit of effect. Possibly people on HRT as well? I am pretty sure the body tries to adjust by increasing SBGH when test is higher then norm. Body may also start producing more aromatase. I have been on for about a year. Alwasy low dose. I use about 500mg of test a week, at times 250mg. I take 0.5mg arimidex maybe one or twice a week to keep aromatase in check but I am pretty sure my SBGH is higher then norm and therefore binding alot of the test I use. Sex drive is not what it used to be. Any thoughts on how people on HRT(taking more test then would be natural) deal with this?

thanks

I hear you loud and clear about test losing its potency, I stay on test all year round at a dose smaller then yours, 100-200mg a week test cyp then when going onto a cycle I increase the dose of the oral steroids I use but leave the dose of test low.
As for your SBGH problem, try these herbs they help me and I use them all the time.

Nettles and Wild Oats

Extracts of Wild oats and Nettles can safely help increase testosterone levels in the body. In fact, German researchers have identified a constituent of nettle root known as (-)-3,4-divanillyltetrahydrofuran that has a high binding affinity to SHBG. They described it as "remarkable." These researchers suggest that the beneficial effects of plant lignans (such as found in flaxseed oil) on hormone-dependent cancers may be linked to their binding affinity to SHBG. The most potent known lignans in this respect are constituents of nettle root. In addition to inhibiting SHBG binding, at least six constituents of nettle root inhibit aromatase, reducing conversion of androgens to estrogens.

As for Wild oats, there are no formal studies testing its effect on humans. Yet significant amounts of anecdotal clinical observations, particularly with men in their 20s and 30s who had low testosterone levels for their age, have shown that supplementation with Avena sativa results in dramatically increased testosterone levels. The key to the effectiveness of wild oat supplements lies in the quality of the extract. Most extracts tested show little to no presence of the active avenacosides, which provide all of the potency. If you're going to use a supplement that contains Wild oats, you'll want to make sure it comes from a supplier you trust.

Ginseng,Wild oats, nettle root,Damiana,Muira Puama (Ptychopetalum Olacoides),Licorice, Ginger, and Kola nut,Tribulus Terrestris,Kapikachu (Mucuna pruriens),Horny Goat Weed (Epimedium Leaf Extract),Avena Sativa (Oat Extract),Chrysin (Dihydroxyflavone),Longjack (Eurycoma Longifolia Jack / Tongkat Ali/ Pasak Bumi)

You spend a lot on the gear, so there should be no problem getting these herbs, they all work and there is vast information on the net about each one, try to just buy a product with a bunch of these herbs inside.

nettle root for the SGBH problem.

I hope this helps, also you may want to lower you test dose for three months in conjunction with taking these herbs. you only produce around 70-80mg of test a week naturaly so dropping your dose down to 200mg a week will not hurt.

As i have stated many times before, high estrogen can increase SHBG. Your dosing of adex is too infrequent causing hormone fluctuations and making the problem worse. I suggest you increase the frequency of your adex dosing to at least eod...0.25-0.5mg should be a high enough dose considering your test dose is relatively low.

Masteron!

I ran masteron for a good part of last year and on my yearly blood tests the SBGH was way out of range on the super low side. I can dig up the blood work from my files if you would like, I also ran a healthy dose of tren too.

I believe masteron or proviron is essential to long term use, for me mainly for labido. It keeps it alot more steady.
