Can anyone make some sample diets for bulking and cutting? I'm horrible with calorie counting and if someone could help with some samples, it would save me tons of guess work. :ilu

Touché. Oh well oatmeal and pounds of isolate whey, boring but always effective. And 50mg of bean-o. Crucial.

Would be nice to have some sample diets to follow. Like a hooked on phonics for dieting...lol. At least a weeks worth would be perfect. I either don't get enough cals or too much and miss my mark.

dont know what to say pinhead i posted something the same and was told to do some legg work...oh yea and he thru in buddy!

its just simple things like what to incorperate into our diet, and what to stay away from(given bulking/cutting)

Since you are the new sherrif in town with the most posts it seems like you asking for diet advice is like a lawyer asking for legal advice. Bro, how can you not know this? I`m dissapointed by this, seriously. Plus you have all this free time at work and you`re not taking advantage of it to find what you`re looking for? C`mon man! You should be the one giving advice, not the other way around.
