Are any of their products in Canada or sold in Canada? I am staying as far away from it as possible. It's not the first time I hear of them and this story.

^ lol, just tell yourself that most of the vegetables you eat are from them. And without proper legislature, they don't have to identify the products at all. You can always choose the products labeled "organic", but then you're paying 3x the price

they have the whole agricultural industry by the balls. Yes, in Canada too.
They often sue farmers who refuse to buy license for their genetically altered strains of grain that are "round-up" resistant, when traces of the monsanto strains are found in their crops. The strains could have been left over seeds in the seed bin. Blown in from other fields. Fall off from last harvest. Who knows. But if their is traces of monsanto strain in the crop, the farmer is forces to license.

Don't use any corn, soy, or canola oils because chances are they are made with "Round Up Ready" varieties.
