I just recently had some blood work done while I was on a fairly larger cycle and my cholesterol (LDL) that bad one, came out at 8.6, the doctor was rather alarmed because im still very young (late 20's) and im not out of shape, so I was wondering could this be due to the steroid usage or just eating too much fat etc?? it actually runs in my family, my father is a very fit male and has high cholesterol, is this something I should be alarmed about? what should I do to combat this issue? thanks in advance
