hmm. I know Mr Spice uses potassium chloride instead of sodium chloride so it's low in salt. Not sure about the sugar.

I agree with you here sister. This product is a lifesaver on a low/keto carb diet. I combine 1 tablespoon of this ketchup with 1 tablespoon of whatever hot sauce you desire.......fantastic.

Is a tsp. of franks red hot sauce on my rice and chicken 3-5 times daily safe while being 8 weeks out of a comp. I need to know cuz like everyone im dieing trying to eat the same bland ass chicken every day with no sauce. Would a bit of sauce ruin my diet or is it not going to really affect me.

I like hot sauce when sodium doesn't matter; blue menu ketchup is great; and it's hard to beat mustard for a dieting sauce [although I can't imagine it on eggs]

The sauce ronnie uses in his videos is almost pure sugar. He is a freak of nature.

I notice cholula sauce wasn't in here yet. Less hot than Frank's and amazing on eggs.

I brought a bottle of franks with me from Canada. When I run out, I'll get may dad to ship more (unless I can find some in a specialty shop over here (or in that Cosco in Osaka). Nothing beats it for making food taste good without spoiling the nutritional values.
