Congrats, and welcome... How did you stack it/what ratio, and how many times a day. Did you use benadryl?

Well done, just remember you did the work and the majority of the results came from your diet and training etc NOT the ECA. Give yourself a pat on the back because thats who got the results. What I am trying to say is dont get too excited about ECA...its not the best choice when it comes to fat loss nor is it the safest. Alot of guys starting out love to jump on the ECA bandwagon and will pay a hefty price in time.

Yeah, I remember taking ECA a year or so ago, but only for a couple weeks. Ended up reading about how chronic use of Tylenol/Aspirin caused or at least allowed for bodily damage. Not sure if it was liver related or blood related, but I just remember reading up on how although it "works", it also works with just ephedrine and caffeine, plus the energy rush alone...

On a related note, I still occasionally take ephedrine for increased energy, but more often than not it's outside of the gym, and maybe 1-2 single uses a week at like 40mg with 200mg of caffeine. I've heard the stories on how it counteracts the effects of NO2 supplements such as AAKG, and shouldn't be coupled with a pre-workout NO2 booster and the like. Do they actually counteract and diminish the NO2's effects? I care more about the NO2 and training factor than the taking ephedrine and just wondered how true it was. I usually space the two out and take ephedrine rarely enough that I don't NOTICE the difference but figured there might be those of you that truthfully know from doing heavy, regular cycles of both simultaneously. Also, first post on here WOOT!

imo you shouldnt need ephedirne if you're using a prepackaged No2 booster, those have a shiton of stimulants in it already

i stopped taking NO2 stuff now i need ephi/clen or else i start yawning during the workout

not sure about ephedrine, but Caffeine is a vasoconstrictor.. andconsidering its included in 97.5% of NO2 products, then it shouldnt have any adverse effects if you take extra on top of the dose already in the mix
