So foot stomps to a fallen opponent are not allowed, but what about foot stomps to opponents pressed up against the cage. ie. when you have the underhooks in and are throwing knees into the thigh area and then stomp the opponents foot with your own?

Can you kick an opponent when he's down ie. ju-juitsu guy who is on his back and you are standing?
