Agreed.
cuts are all about diet and cardio after getting big. bitch tits can either be from gyno produced from high amounts of estrogen, or from just having alot of fat on ur tits.

Reverse benching helps....you can also manipulate the lower area of the pecs by twisting INWARWDS when using bench dumbells.
No question is a dumb question.
How old are you, and how long have you been training for>?

Been training for four years - I am 185 5/11 Body Fat 14%
Two years ago I dropped to 169 ripped - on a cycle. Looked and felt freaking great. but could not keep the weight off.
I am not fat just asking dum question so I can make sure I have sloutions to my growing freaking problems...
I am doing lots in Incline benching - Dumbells curls - even incline using Cable... Just wanted to make sure I am not missing something...

That is just a lack of lower chest development. Every time you train chest do decline bench press 3 sets and/or decline bench dumbell press, or even some moderate weight (something you can handle as movement can be dangerous at first) decline flies with the elbows slightly bent. This used to be one of my weak points but focusing on moderate weight decline movements helped really do my lower chest.

any type of decline exercise will target the lower part of the pecs like an incline will target the top part... but to really get a huge cut you will need low enough bf as well as a big enough muscle to create a distance between your stomach and pecs

A solid underwire bro may work

Ya I agree with the cardio, decline and cables. Sometimes its just genetics though. You can only do what you can do

bump for the cardio, that and muslce maturity, when you`ve been training for many years the body just looks harder. Enjoy the process.

The first question would be if you have been training your lower pecs?
Dips with your legs pulled back, or pulling your feet high behind you will help you target your lower pecs. Another key exercise would be to do decline benching, be it dumbbell or barbell.
Hope that helps.
i heard as you get older they start looking more shapeley, but that may be cause you would have been training for longer
