I was looking online for a spreadsheet to record calories, grams of each macronutrient, mg of sodium, etc., and calculate totals and ratios for each meal and for a daily total. I couldn't find anything that worked for me, so I put this one together this weekend.
It allows you to record up to 11 meals/day. It calculates your total calories, total grams of each macro, total cals/macro, and % of cal from each macro for each meal as well as a daily total.
I thought I'd post it up here in case anybody was interested. Feel free to make any changes and improvements you would like.
There's three MS Excel files, two templates and one worksheet. One template is totally blank so you can enter your own foods, the other has data for some common foods already entered. The worksheet is just a sample for you to see what the end result looks like.
