I got the results from my blood testing today, which was taken exactly 5 weeks after PCT..I'm having a hard time understanding it. Anyone able to tell me if it's good and/or bad and what I need to work on improving? Thanks:

ALKALINE PHOS: 57 (48--138 U/L)

AST: 51 (<30 U/L)

CHOLESTEROL: 3.95 (2.00--4.59 mmol/L)

Your all money bro. Your liver is 'slightly' stressed and your WBCs are low (which could simply indicate nothing is stimulating your immune system and your healthy as can be).

All in all your laughing - what little discrepancies you have will probably be corrected on their own within a few weeks.

Great recovery. Wish I had such good bloodwork off-cycle.

Thanks for the input!! I feel better knowing that my values are looking good and I don't have to correct too much stuff there with any additional drugs. By taking the 'time on=time off' approach I should be good to go within about 2 more months.

WK 1-12 Test E 500mg/week (thurs/sun)
Wk 14-18 Nolva 20mg/day

Poorly planned PCT, but I plan on doing it right next time. Have Nolva, Clomid and Aromasin lined up for my next go.

Your creatinine is slightly high but that is normal for anyone who lifts weights.
Your LDL could be lower. Yeah half the people with heart disease have "normal" cholesterol, but it never hurts to bring it down with extra fish oils. Anything less than 5mg/day is not enough in my opinion.

Your eGFR which measures the filtration rate of your kidneys is pretty low. Are you on creatine??

I have not used creatine for over 10 years. The supplements that I do use daily are 1 Multivitamin, 1 ColdFX capsule, 3 Omega 3 Fish Oil Caps.

I'm not a huge believer in taking weight lifting supplements. I have used N.O. Xplode in the past for energy while lifting and it seemed to work. But I ilke sticking to the basics, food, water, training and rest to grow, and not to rely on the powders and pills sold in stores.

I'm very thankful that my recovery has been decent. Already looking forward to a couple more months of recovery for my body and then another cycle.

Thanks for your input guys
