Last summer I hit 204lbs.

Looked big arms where great shoulders and traps fine was well but I had a ****ing gut.

I cut the creatine off my diet.

Diminished the carbs and dropped 10 lbs.

Them I got serious tendinitis on the knees shoulder hurt and I had to stop training all together.

Dropped 4 more lbs and looked all right at a weak 190lbs.

Christmas came I put 4lbs

Started training/ eating better in the new year:yeah

I am doing 5X5 and increasing weights and hitting PRs on my squat.

Last week I went on a (all you can eat) sushi rampage, Them there was the late night wine with smoked salmon for Valentine's day and the chocolate tart after the Birthday dinner.

194lbs again today.

I walked 45 min, cycled 40 min (both low intensity) and swam 1km in 25 min.

I haven't touched processed food today and feeling good.

Anyways, the goal is quite simple: keep dropping 1l of fat a week.

The plan is; keep doing 5X5 until the end of the month, them a traditional BB split (?), them during summer German volume training.

During week days - Cook all my meals, avoid starch after 5 pm, no alcohol (I never drink week days anyways), no sweets

From Friday evening until Sunday afternoon: let it loose responsibly.

The reason for this tread is to make myself accountable.

And it is working....

I have been able to do most of what I planned.

My biggest problem is: if I don't have all my food with me throughout the day I am ****ed, I eat whatever is available. No excuses all my fault.

I have been good with my training and even though I had 2 cold and not felt 100% a few times I have been pushing today I jumped on a Tanita scale and had this reading:

Body fat (11.5%) you guys know my pet peeve about fat fitness professional and even though bioimpedance is shit this still was good on my ego

Body weight: 187 lbs It seems that I'll have to go close to 180 or under to get the look that I want. Well if that is what takes...

The good new is: I guess that i finally figured out my body, how to eat what to eat and the training part is getting more and more clear.

Good work Warlock.. keep at er bro.

I'd think 5x5 would be almost impossible to make much progress on a cutting diet... no?.

I'm finding the will to get skinny dies somewhere around 12%.

I think it's hard to make progress on any cutting diet but a low rep (5) low sets (5) intense program seems to be just about right for me when I'm losing weight. I can get stronger but I can't get bigger and I don't have much endurance.

What I definitely can't handle is a Starting Strength and variations or a Texas Method.

5X5 is over. right now I am doing Split 4 or 5X a week.

Just waiting for VB season to finish so I can push as hard as I want without worrying about having tired legs...
