View Full Version : Calories on cutting cycle?

I started cycle last monday and have been limited food intake and eating clean. 2-3 shakes a day and 2 meals a day, usually lean meat and potato/rice.

Im worried about eating too LITTLE while on cycle, but my main goal is fat loss, Im using;

3iu/day HGH
40mg Anavar
60mg Tbol
100mg Test prop EOD
Aboleo 2 pills 2x Day

Going to be adding T3 this week as well.

How many cals should i ingest weighing in? Im 5'8 at 205ish lbs.

2 meals a day will also aid in losing muscle size...try to get a couple more meals in...

agreed. You need to make sure there's still a constant flow of amino acids to your muscles. I'd still shoot for 5 or 6 meals a day, just make them smaller.

Depends on calories. I wouldn't go under 2200 calories on your size but then it also depends on YOUR metabolism.

What BF% are you targeting?

Kind of need to know this to plan out how many calories you should be taking in.

I'd throw some badger milk a few times a day in there. BDH swears by this stuff on cutting cycles....

Yup that should be fine, I like the old 3 meals 3 shakes routine, even when trying to cut. Breakfast,lunch,dinner are solid meals and in between shakes to get the protein intake up there.

What BF% are you targeting?

Kind of need to know this to plan out how many calories you should be taking in.

I seem to gain fat as soon as im not active or taking HGH these days it seems. Bodyfat probably around 15-16% but really haven't a clue. Im not really looking to get to a certain level % wise, i have a trip to miami beach coming up in 6 weeks and am dieting to feel better as being outta the gym for so long has gave my physique a shit kicking.

Have a great time. I use to live right on the beach down there. Had a great little beach condo. Believe me bro a 16% BF index on Miami Beach is a fine tuned body. LOL Lots of really REALLY fat people walking around in speedos down there this time of year.

i generally try to eat most of my protien when dieting rather than drinking them. Seems that i have a easier time getting leaner. Although i do know some people that do have 2 or 3 meals with shakes in between and have done well. If you could squeeze a couple more smaller meals i would. Do it for a couple weeks and see how it goes. If its not working for you go back to have a couple meals with shakes in between. Just my 2 cents
