If im not mistaken, your not liable if you damage someone elses vechile with yours in a parking lot? like highway traffic laws don't apply? I have a jeep so I could put some nice dents into someones car without hurting mine in any way. Maybe im wrong, anyone know?

i wouldnt damage someones car, but a few guys from the gym could pick itn up and move it straight, a nice big mac smeared on it would be a good idea tho. i still think they should be ticketed for it. call it asshole ticket.

nope you are liable if you hit someones car in a parking lot. I work in insurance and see claims about every other day for stupid stuff like this. The HTA applies on all roadways, regardless if they are private or not. The only difference is that private roadways aren't really patrolled. If you crank a car in the parking lot, and leave they still nail you under the HTA with hit and run. The best thing you can do to fix up a vanity parked car is cut the valve stem with a pair of side cutters, just don't get caught.

How much does the car weigh? If you can dead 600lbs I say you can pick up the rear on most cars and walk it over bit by bit. That would teach him. He would come back to his car and it would be pointing in the other direction.

Remind me not to park beside you for any reason. I think you may get your point across if you just bend his antenna if he has one then key his car :)

Haha. Im not saying that I can do it. I can dead 525 for 3 but cant dead 600lbs for even one yet. Im guessing @ about 600lbs one could do this, but not in one lift and step, but several. It would be funny because there would be no damage done etc...

lol....

when my training partner and i were kids, we would leg press the teachers cars into the street by laying behind the back bumper and the 2 of us pressing it up and over a couple of feet at a time to the side.

Angle parking is a ticketable offence and once the cops are done at the local Tim's, maybe they can go write up some tickets. :-) LOL
