I know for a FACT itravel2000 is the best in dealing with trips down south...I cannot tell you Europe, as I have never looked into it, and do not think will in the next few years...

itravel licks balls unless u live in Ontario especially Toronto. all the best deals are for the province where everyone is laid off. no offense
