Anyone heard news on this? I just heard about it a couple hours ago from a training partner. Supposedly happened 2 days ago, involved an Olympic lifter in Montreal and some guys from Ottawa.

I know of one source that folded recently, not sure if it's because of this or not.

actually I don't think it was that big of a deal... more of a gang thing, and the steroids were hardly mentioned.

Way to go...it's good to see LE focusing on what they should be. The DEA should take a lesson from Canadian LE. Instead of worrying about millionaire athletes and their AAS use, they should be taking care of their southern border and the cartel's that have amassed arsenals on it.

Third that, don't mind seeing my tax dollars going to this type of law enforcement.

If we wanted to eliminate drug crime from recs would would decriminalize them.
I know it sounds far fetched but any liberty minded person can see that the USA's "War on Drugs", just like the "War on Terror", is really a war on personal freedoms and liberty.
Obviously we can't just make drugs legal overnight, but starting off with the "soft" ones is a step towards ending the nanny state.

Remember, Harper is trying to pass a new law for electronic surveillance on net that would is an assault on our freedoms in the name of "safety". Maybe he will change the laws regarding AAS too just like he did with supplements in the name of "safety" and operation Raw Deal comes to Canada.

"Harper is trying to pass a new law for electronic surveillance on net that would is an assault on our freedoms in the name of "safety". "

on that subject is that here in Canada they will have to obtain a warrant to get into your emails and electronic communications unlike the states where no warrants are needed...

I hear you BC. I always take the position that you should be able to do whatever you want as long as it doesn't hurt anyone. Yourself excluded of course cause if someone wants to harm themselves that is their own problem.

I think they are trying to change that though. Bill C-285 went through first reading I am not sure how close they are to voting on it.
