Just wondering, I get really bad heartburn every day. I'm on 40mg Var per day, 200mg Prop EOD and 100mg Tren-A EOD...
My diet is extremely clean.
Morning: Bran cereal or oats
Lunch: 1 large chicken breast
Dinner: 1 salmon fillet with veggies.
(Protein shakes in between)
Anyone experience this side effect?

Apparently any oral aas has the potential to cause this. I'll try and find the article or thread I read awhile back, but from I recall since its liver toxic the liver causes more bile. Var is less toxic then alot of orals as I'm sure your well aware, but its toxic none the less.

Thanks guys. Thankfully the var is almost done. Hopefully that will end this heartburn.
Much appreciated.

Trying to dig up some info for ya bro. On some other sites they suggest always taking your orals with meals. Some guys who experience heartburn while running orals swear by it.
I'm not 100% sure why this would be. You'd think the heartburn is more related to the after effects of what the drug is doing over time (on your liver for example) and not so much of a "I should probably eat this jalapeno pepper with a meal" sort of reaction. But hey, maybe you wanna give it a try.

I'll give that a try bud. I only have a couple of days left of Var so as long as its the Var causing this and not the Prop or Tren its all good.
I sent some reps your way to help get yer rep up brother. Thanks for the help..

Your diet is super clean, so I'd just tough it out until your var was finished (you said it was only a couple days) and then see how it is in a week. If it's still a problem go get it checked out.

hypotheticly if the var gives you heartburn, Why wouldnt popping a couples "Tums" ( for anatacid (acid indeigestion) ) after you dose help out a lot. They do relieve heartburn quick so i dont see why they couldnt solve or prevent the VAR heartburn problem u gents r having
i found any dose over 60mg of var gives me heartburn and stomach pain.

I know that Zantac and similar products can render RX drugs useless. I'm not sure about Tums...it' just calcium carbonate, so I would guess it would be ok.

I get the same thing from injectables. It always starts about three or four weeks into a cycle and just hangs around all day. Not really bad just annoying. I can see why orals would do it but can't figure why injectables cause it????
Another thing - anybody start snoring because of AAS? Same thing, usually toward the end of a cycle will start to snore - bad. I don't normally snore at all. This i figure is because of the weight gain but not sure. How many others have this problem and what did you do about it if anything.

at the end of the cycle you are heavier = incresaed snoring or sleep apnea
pretty much everyone gets it
you can loose the weight and it will probably go away, but why would you want to do that :p
I do not remember heart burn from var.
