Read this thread - pretty ****ing scary shit right there folks. None of us are in a position to say whether it caused this or not, but I feel for the guy. He hasnt replied since his latest surgery - if hes still alive I wish him nothing but the best.

I wouldn't touch any of these unknown peptides personally... Something that's so new/untested and can alter the body so quick scares me. I tried IGF way back but don't think i'd even go that route again.

This is really sad. I hope the guy made it through the operation.

Who knows about what caused his tumor, if the story is true, but some people jump on the bandwagon for certain things too soon.
What was the peptide that IP was making that caused the massive mud butt and cramping?

This sounds like a freak incident, unless you're dosing 4-6mgs per week your pituitary should be fine. A lot of CJC-1295 out there is more likely a short life GHRH from what I understand but even so....I've thought about it but I'd stay away from it or only use it with GHRP-6 which seems to produce the best results.

I believe that IGF is for lack of better words the mechanism by which Growth Hormone produces most of its effects pertaining to bodybuilding. It is more recently discovered than GH but it's not new to the body in any way. I think scientists know quite a lot about it although its history of use as an ergogenic aid would be fairly short.

I don`t mean to offend anyone by saying this but unless you`re a pro or damn near pro level, the use of these hormones should not be used. It`s just crazy. I`d rather see a guy stay on for months or even years with just stuff like test and maybe another compound or 2 than these peptides.

I think some people say that about steroids also.

One difference is that steroids have been around since the 1930's, and used/abused by BBers since the late 1950's. Obviously roids are not good for the body, but definitely not as bad as the media would want one to believe.
Most of the peptides people take are not even approved for use in humans by FDA or Health Canada (not that they would ever approve something bad for people, err Vioxx. )

one of the saddest things ive heard when it comes to the use of peptides, it would be a brutal way for a bodybuilder to lose ur putuitary gland, thats for sure. hope it works out

Rich bro, sorry call me slow, but I fail to see the logic in your theory: Only pros or near pro athlete should be using such compounds.
Is this because of resources available medically speaking? ---don't need to be pro or near pro to have those.

I agree. I just thought the point was a little ironic and a little more like what the uninformed might think towards most gear users.

Because of the unknown risks with them. Is it worth it if you`re not making or have a real good chance of making a living with your body to use these substances? Let the others be the lab rats and if they`re still standing in 10 years, then give it a go. Besides if you`re using every drug under the sun, you`ve basically played every wild card possible and where do you go from there?
I`ve seen guys with awesome physiques who do 2-3 cycles a year and average 600-1000mg of gear weekly. Some even less and win shows! I guess I`ve witnessed guys with great physiques using fairly low doses and plan on doing the same. So if I see a guy using 2000mg of gear, slin, GH and the peptides it just looks like a proffessional stack, and hope for him it`s worth it and has a body which puts him in the undeniable category of the elite.
Of course it all comes down to personal decisions and I`m in no position to judge anyone who decides to use any drug as I`ve lived my fair share of sick abuse. This is why I understand how a bodybuiler will go in this game and within years is taking 10 times what he did to start with. And also have to be honest to say I havent`done much juice and maybe that will be me in a few years...

It's a valid point.
