I understand this might be due to hitting a vein or something along the lines but the end result is the coughing is a way to expel whatever got into you (or the wrong place). If this happens. does it expel the entire injection? should one inject again because all the oil would of been coughed up or expelled from the body? I have a friend who has had this happen a few times now (over the course of a few weeks) and swears he aspirated with no blood but the cough happens, how can it be avoided? I can't assume he is doing something wrong because he is a knowledgeable fellow.

if you cough a barrel full of test into your lungs..... dude. You're going to be one sorry SOB.
It is likely just a result of irritation.

I know what tren cough is like, years ago I tried for the first and last time and had the cough. Never again, too many sides.

I think he is pinning test.

When I inject EO based products (test e, c, or p) I cough like crazy followed by an upset stomach. Pretty much did a whole cycle like this because it was all I could get.
As far as expelling the injection wtf!

From what I was told your buddy could have passed through a vein inserting the needle so when he aspirated there was no blood. However when he withdrew the needle from his body a small amount of gear could travel the path the needle left and enter the blood stream. Since oxygen travels through your blood stream the oil in the gear would irritate the lungs.

Again, I'm no doctor, this is simply what someone told me a long time ago when I asked why I coughed sometimes after an injection.

When it happens..you know!!! Only time it has ever happened is during a Tren A shot in the glute. If it happens....expect to cough your balls off for atleast 15 mins.

nameless got it right... It happened to me a few times. The trick coming from some steroid guru is supposedly to take the syringe back out 1/4" (assuming you're using 1" needle in quads) then aspirating, then injecting. That way the oil can scatter better inside the tissue one way or another and has less chances to go straight to bloodstream.

The only time I get a cough during injecting is when using tren. However, that being said, my last cycle I used tren hex and had no cough.
