I seem to wake up every morning practically coughing dust. My mouth and throat are BONE DRY and it hurts. I drink at least 4 litres of water per day, sometimes most of it at night (when I train at night). I drink a shake right before bed with water and egg whites, and usually a tall glass of water afterwards. Why do I wake up like this every morning? WTF is giong on?

On a serious note:
What are you running at the moment? I forget if you are
How is the humidity at your house, pad?
How long since you have made notice of this situation?

I just did my last shot of Test E 2 days ago, i will be on PCT starting in 12 days. Im still on 30 mg of var ED and will be for another couple weeks as well. Im taking creatine mono, vitamins, and BCAA's. The humidity factor in my bedroom is terrible, I live in the dusty old basement of my house, but this only recently started happening to this extent. It has happened before, but I was on accutane at that time. Any ideas?

Hummmm given the compound that you ran, and what you are intaking now, I have never read of that side effect.
Adjust your humidity situation, it will make your life easier....see what you can do.
Temperature changes can also play tremendous role in this situation, I am sure you know that.

I very often notice increase in water intake while cycling but MORE so towards the end of my cycles...it has been inconsistent however, and I never have been able to create a noticeable pattern.

Humidifiers are good idea. Do they make any that are really quiet? I have issues falling asleep as it is without listening to the annoying hum of a humidifier the whole time....
