I bought a pair of these http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/hl.html for $10.00 ...used them once. Now they collect dust.... Seems there's alot of variation to the lifting strap/hook. A wise investment 4 sure.

Order them direct from Iron Company... they are a great company to deal with... I got all my DB's and plates from them for my 1st gym... here's the guy to call... Tell him Andre from Anytime Fitness says hi!

Hey :)

Thanks for all the responses ,all appreciated.
I was however hoping to find them on our side of the border to avoid all the extra costs,shipping,duty,exchange rate etc etc etc.By the time I get them in my sweaty little hands I am into the best part of $100 for a couple of pieces of wire basically.
If I must I must as I REALLY need them.Just cant get anything above 90's up to my shoulders anymore......ah the joys of getting older:p

I'm still keeping an eye out for these haven't had any luck yet. I think they may be in my car but its been parked all winter and the doors are iced shut and I bent the shit outta my only key trying to get in it! :p

If they aren't in there they may be lost forever as they would have been in the wifes car when she wrote it off and of course was too lazy to go down and pull everything out of it afterwards ( I think she was more embarrassed at her shitty driving then anything)

Ahhh the joys of Canadian livin.I like to have a few keys on hand for just such an occasion LOL.

Heres hopin the wife is okay,you can always get a new car but...oh wait...you can get one of those too ,its just far more expensive.
