Cris Rock can say WTF pleases him about anyone and that's a joke other people get shot or go to jail for the same remarks.

What should I think?

That its right or some people should just get a sense of humour?

I have been discriminated but I still can take teasing and ribbing other people can't.

There is a lot of daily facts played out on those videos....I could tell you guys stories about myself...racial profile, color discrimination is an ill desease that has abused the system over the years.

I think the American Black community needs to look a little harder at themselves and why these stereotypes are being used just as much as the people using them need to be more aware of bigotry.

We can't call them black.
It is African-American; otherwise they get all agitated... Well, you can call them black if you are black yourself, them it is not racism.

African-American is a prejudice term and unless they were born in Africa and live in North or South America they're not "African-American". :flowers

Note: White people are white, we're not Caucasian. The Causcus Islands are mostly tanned skin people; like Hawaiians.

I wanted to leave this alone but........

These types of videos drive me nuts, In my opinion they are good examples of why the human race has still not moved forward.
He trying to say that all white women are scared of black men? Well thats a prejudice statement in itself right there isnt it? The population of racists in the world aren't isolated to white people, and Who the hell would be scared of a person wearing a nice suit presenting himself as a business man?

lets face it, the majority of us are bigots in some small way or another, but pychologists have determined that the people arent born racist, they grow up to believe what they think about other races over the years, its basically your environment that dictates how you think.

I dont care who you are or what color you are, you have the potential to hurt me physically or emotionally and I the same and therefore you are my equal.

In the nature vs nurture theories towards racism, we have to keep in mind the natural tendency to be scared of those who are different. I do agree that we mostly learn to be racist because of our surroundings and psychosocial factors, but it's impossible to be sufficiently exposed to all minorities enough during childhood to become sufficiently comfortable for racism not to exist. Then there's also the fundamental attribution error which will inevitably push us to accuse certain minorities of being responsible of their own sake. I, for one, think everyone is racist. That doesn't stop us from being able to control ourselves, tolerate the others and try to act fair towards everyone.

On the purse protecting "reflex". I have had people react defensively to my presence before and I have to agree with the video; you do feel the sudden urge to provide them with a good reason to be scared.
