Ok, so everywhere i read on the internet about the "Adonis Belt"/"Apollo's Belt" it says genetics, low body fat and lower body ab workouts will help achieve the muscle from showing.

I was just wondering what you guys have to say about this subject, im working on dropping low enough body fat to see if i got the genetics but are there really lower ab exercises that would help or anything else?

haha yea the terminology is f'd up... or i just dont know it... the penis pointers some people call it... the muscle that wraps around your hips... i just googled it and found results by lookin up adonis belt or apollo's belt.... better yet i think a more proper term is iliac furrow

how about a pic dude? still no clue what you're talking about.

If it's the hip bone you are wanting to see then it is all diet/cardio... being lean!. Mine is clearly visible and indented when I am dieted down for a show.

Alot of that is genetics, having a shallow hip will make this more pronounced, but the only way you cansee it is if you have a slim waist.

I've always had it, but I found hanging leg raises helped to make it better.
