Anyone here a dancing queen and taking Zumba classes? I love it......My quads are killing me and my abs are leaving the complex with out me.

Salsa, merengue, cumbia, bachata, zumba...all spicy styles from the Latino/Spanish culture.

I took lessons in several styles in my mid 20s, loved it, and will always remember the fun I had.

Goodlife are offering these classes in their gyms. Haven't seen any men doing them though. I tried it once because I wanted to chat up a girl and I sucked at it - I guess like any aerobics class (except for spin classes perhaps), it helps to know the moves.

ZUMBA :D:Di have heard very good things about this. Apparently at our family oriented gym they are offering these classes and are getting good success in participation. I have watched the video and cant see why it wouldnt work as a form of fast pace aerobic exercise. Plus its probobly a spin on traditional aerobics so it could be lots of fun.. unfortunatly i myslef am not interested entirely as precontest prep pretty well directs my life.

Ok boyz....it's a class that is loaded with hot women in it. if you can do some simple dance u can do Zumba.

I dare one man to go in there. I'll bet you feel the love.

Tavi....your coming with me Sunday AM. Bring your girl. It's gonna be fun.

does anyone know where you can take zumba lessons in windsor? i could only find one place that was reasonable and it didn't fit my schedule

Come with me baby....Amherstburg...If I check you its $10. Best classes are Wed night at 6:30....Sunday am at 9:.30..not that much latin, but more hip hop and modern club songs...

Dont feel your ready for an hours long class..try monday and friday am at 9:15 for 30 min of it.

Joel in windsor offers a more non sexual Zumba.. For me it's about dancing naked with the lights off...
