anavar and tribulus question

My wife has been taking tribulus for quite a while now. She has found it not only helps her in the gym but also to my benefit with her libido. She is 34 yrs old. My question is, she is interested in getting more muscle tone and yet still staying lean. I know that anavar is a great start for her as she has no history of using any product in the past, and this product is much more user friendly for women. Without to much info she does eat pretty healthy as do I. She is 5'4" weighs 135lbs. Body size as per playboy numbers 38 - 27- 38. She is curvaceous and I like it that way. All being said, I assume it would be counter productive to use the Trib the same time as the anavar. Looking for some feedback especially from the ladies.
