How do you guys feel about the person that took the picture of Phelps taking a hit from a bong?

a few of us were just talking about this today.
its prolly a buddy of his, but he's a real asshole for not keeping it to himself.
the guy is an athlete at the highest level, and after years of training and training (and winning) he should be allowed to do what he wants in the confidence of friends and out of public

I'm pretty neutral about him. What I'm raging about is the reaction of the Olympic comity and society in general. "Think of the children" **** you bitch, if you took care of your children you wouldn't have to worry about trivial things like this

In my books any dude who smokes weed is chillin and probably wouldn't go stab phelps in the back by selling a picture of him.

But don't get me wrong. I have no problem with peeps that don't enjoy the loveliness of Mary Jane.

If the guy was a friend of Phelp's then he deserves a punch, but if it was just some random guy at the party then I have no problem with it. If I had a camera handy and saw a pro athlete smoking up I would take a picture, and if I thought I could get money for it, I would sell the picture.
My first impression of phelps was that he was a tool, and that is my general attitude towards all professional athletes. so if a guy can make some money off of them, go for it.

i'm gonna get hammered on for this....but

drunk driving .... and now this, I have no sympathy! it was low of a friend to take that picture if it was a friend. but whats the guy expect he's a role model for some kids and a celebrity of sorts. just part of the life
