not sure if u follow strong man, but misha is part of ifsa i believe. he is also a very good olympic lifter from russia, but due to politics with head coach he won't lift for them. but basically he can and will one day win the olympic gold medal and world championships.
this is 440lb hang snatch. LOL basically tossing around 4 and half plates mind boggling, most consider that a decent deadlift.
