I have never done a cut cycle. I am plannin on running test p 100mg eod + winstrol @50mg.
Diet would be close to starvation lol.. extreme caloric dificiency lets say.. 600 ish calories per day. All calories consumed will be proteins. Carb reload days on friday.
I know that when natural more the 2lbs / week of loss = severe muscle loss (of course after all that water weight drops hehe). But what about when on a cycle? Can you lose alot of weight without major muscle loss?

600 a day. holy shit bro you are going to be fatiged little man and I can presume you are going to lose alot of muscle with that tiny amount of food you eat... good luck with that but I am sure something in the 2000 calorie mark might be better for you at keeping more muscle..
i second that dont be so extreme, i feel like its way easier to loose muscle than it is to build it back up. theres 3 months till summer, plenty of time to gradually bring that bf% down. instead of 50 winny try 50 var, worth the cost alone for the innate fat burning properties and you'll be hella strong
I would and some flax seed oil to every meals with this type of diet.

600 cals is stupid, You can cut effectively with 2000+ its alll about what cals you take in and how much cardio and training you do.

600 cals? with winny, you'll want more then that. I wouldn't dip below 1900 cals, you'll be dragging your bag at that even if your not doing cardio.

Get your diet, training, and cardio down first or you are wasting your time and money. If you are not competing you dont need winstrol....test only is perfectly fine to cut on. Winstrol will not make any difference cosmetically until you are very low % BF so it is really unecessary. I would suggest a keto diet, 6 meals per day every three hours, plus 45min in the am cardio before eating as a start. Training should consist if 5 days per week one muscle group only per day...you wont have much glycogen so use it sparingly...as you cannot use ketones to train.

600 cals is only 150 grams of protein a day. Are you sure this is a good idea?

seriously, if you're going to go on a starvation-like-diet you'll need quite a bit more protein than that to keep from completely wasting away.

it is a very unhealthy thing u are talking about doing, if ur planning on doing workouts on 600 cals a day then ur going to hate anyone near u and yourself too. you will also need your healthy fats as well as carbs and protien.
lol 600 cals a day? im pretty sure i eat 600 calorie meals while cutting. mind you my energy expenditure is quite high due to the amount of training and hockey i play, but still. 600 calories is ridiculously low and you will lose a lot of muscle eating like a 5 year old girl

lol ok.. judging from the negative response im gonna switch to 1600 calls a day with ketosis :( The reason i wanted a starvation diet is i seem to react better to a starvation diet then to the atkins (ketosis). Every time i cut carbs i fall very ill. So ill attempt ketosis with 1 carb reload day per week.
Drop the winstrol? I have tbol at hand. Should i substitute?

whoo 600 is crazy bro. I'm natty right now and not a huge guy, I would never dip under 1200-1400 cal per day even on a low carb day, cycling my carbs to cut, and even thats low... add more cardio

This sounds like that Hcg Diet! The one that is popular with fat chicks. Something like 500 cals Ed with 125 iu's a day.

Btw there's no such thing as a cut cycle. I've dieted for shows with high amounts of test combined with a-bombs etc...
Every aspects of the game must be in check to succeed: diet, training, recovery, supps etc..

jesus, when im cutting i still eat taco bell and mcdonalds, and still lose a minimum of 3 lbs a week.
i just make sure my macros are right at the end of the day and dont worry about how i get them.

600 Cals wouldve been killer on your body and mind :s i think bumping it up to 1600cals was a good choice. i personally would go a bit more everyone's differnt. Lifestyle, job, and sports you play have a affect on how many cals you need to cut imo.

I never count my calories. Just make sure you get 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pound a day. Big carb meal in the morning, small carb meal for preworkout and postworkout. Munch on vegies the entire day and you won't feel so tired.
