My last trip to Walmart superstore in Belleville, Ont, I saw a middle age woman, obese to the brim, 500 lbs+ and you know those baskets they welded to the front of the gocart? Hers was full of diet coke. Diet my backside!!! It should be full of Hydrocut and Trimspa lol

Don't forget the AB Sauna. I was buying ammunition one day at the sports desk and some young guy came over and asked where they were. I just about blurted out idiot before he walked aways. I can't believe people fall for that shit this day in age. If it worked everyone would have a 6 pack by now.

I agree 90%.

When I run my body gets hot. When I am almost done my body is a furnace and my blood is pumping 100000%. The only cold part of my body is my lower abs and around my oblique area. I wear a heat belt while I run to keep that area hot like the rest of my body while doing cardio which helps the blood circulation in that area since it is heated.

I feel that it has about a 10% chance of having a benefit but im not sure since it is tight and may restrict blood flow. Im just not 100% sure.

They ask this at sobeys too. If you say no they tell you that you can fill out a form that will go to management and they'll call you if they can do anything for you. Apparently they can "special order" food for you.

Apply capsaicin to midsection, then wrap waist many, many times with Saran wrap. The do cardio.

That's exactly it! I'm with you on that one too, after my bi-weekly cosco trip, I do most of my groceries at the 24hr sobeys and head in around 11:30-midnight. The only people there are the people cleaning the floors. It's great. No old ladies that bang into you with their carts cause they can't see you.
