Since spring is just around the corner, I thought I'd post a poll just to see what everyone's favourite Fat Burner is out there.
For me, it's the tried and true ECA stack.
I use 20mg E, 200mg C, and one children's aspirin.

I agree. But for me, after a certain point I just stop losing fat and ECA helps get over that little hump. I like to diet hard for 2 months, and add ECA once i stop losing wait.
But definitely no "fat burner" is gonna work without cardio, training and diet.

I think cardio and diet are no brainers and one should assume you are doing these correctly.
I never use stimulants ie ECA etc...they lead to a huge cortisol release (muscle loss) and will eventually lead to adrenal fatigue...not what you want. Also when you stop them be prepared for a big weight gain due to the adrenal fatigue.
The best combination i have found in the last 25 years is a keto diet+cardio+T3+gh+clen. Im talking striated glutes lean...ie 3% etc.

Sorry bro. Forgot about that option. I'll try to update it. Very good point about the T3, I don't know how I forgot it.

That sounds like a "tasty" combo. What dosage and length of time do you personally run the GH if you don't mind me asking?

***** Lipo Ex :>
Bump...so far LipoEX and SA Helios are the only UG fatburners i can tolerate...i cannot tolerate clen and too much caffeine or ephedrine makes me anxious as hell. Using LipoEX right now and it seems to be a great product so far...let's see if it can help me shed some fat.
