I deadlift plus do alot of strongman training which is a whole lotta deadlifting and static contraction of the traps... ie farmers walk, lapping atals stones, loading kegs etc

Cool. I got the same scar on the other leg (can't see it in the pic) its from deadlifts from the rack with a double overhand grip and my thumbs grinding on my leg tru my pants... kinda like deadlifting rug burn. lol

Right now I'm running
300mg EOD Mast e
250mg EOD Test e
150mg EOD Tren e
100mg ED dbol
For me the first 3 drugs are physique altering compounds, meaning they dont really cause instantenous strength gains (well they do but over a long period of time and nothing you can notice from workout to workout). Dbol for me is the shizzle tho... Day to day I'm getting stronger.
Currently I'm 1 week out from my first comp of the season. Going to do this one as a Heavy weight and after I will start my contest prep for a big-ass comp in Orland, FL. There will be a massive deadlift medley as one of the events which I plan on finishing. For that comp I will run the following:
300mg EoD Mast e
100mg ED Tren ace
eighter
100mg ED Test susp
or
250mg EoD Omnadren
60-100mg ED BD dbol

The above cycle I will probably drop all compounds 1 week out. also I have tried Halo, cheque drops and a few other so called "strength drugs" and got absolutely jack shit from them... good old dbol rocks.
Also wanting to try HG anadrol and halo.

I agree dabol hands down makes me look and feel like a different person, just a bigger, stronger version...I just worry about the liver damage and chicken out at 30 mgs a day, but it rocks ...

Why drop everything 1 week out?
from what I heard alot of top guys drop everything (minus maybe a replacemenat dose of test) at 2 weeks out. Why?
1. Water. If you're making a weight class you'll drop a few pounds instantly by eliminating the gear.
2. Cardiovascular Capacity. In my sport you not only need to be strong as F**K but also Conditioned to the titz. Drugs like fina in high dosages will give shortness of breath at higher dosages. So if your running this stuff till comp day and have to do a 320lb (per hand) farmers walk, followed by 5 flips of an 850lb tire and finishing of with 450lb chain drag... Fina will make you hit a wall somewhere along the way no matter how stron you are. Drop the shit one week out and you have a higher chance of completiing the event or getting the best time.
3. Pumps. dbol, drol etc give me unreal lower back pumps. Stopping this drug early may eliminate this. Strength should stay.
I amy eliminate all gear except for a tiny dos of test plus maybe 40mg Halo for the last 1-2 weeks. I can keep you psted if you like.

*farmers medley 235lb, 290lb, 305lb per hand 50' each.
*760lb Yoke for 50'.
*Car Deadlift ~700lb.
*Press Medley 185lb stone, 230lb keg, 245lb barbell, 275lb axle, 300lb log.
*350lb Shield Carry max Distance
*303lb ***** stone to 51" for reps

Thanks for posting that man, I'm a new competitor to strongman and that makes a lot of sense. I don't generally have to make weight... but I was thinking about running TNT leading up to a comp in April... dropping it a week out is probably a good idea... course... none of the events for me are really going to be something where my cardio seriously comes into play... the pumps though is something else I'm going to think about...

Can't believe I missed these, I'm actually subscribed to your youtube vids.
I'm happy I watched your tire flipping... we've got one that's balls heavy and I have to pause it on my thigh to flip it... but I like how you had your hands spread real wide and used your chest to get it up.. I've had my hands too close and struggled with it when it's low on my quad.
Was that chain really heavy? or were you just tanked from the yoke? It gives me a brutal back pump whenever we do it.
Pretty sucky that you missed that one stone, if the yoke was a bit more solid you woulda been good.
That looked like a pretty wild comp, I'm really looking forward to seeing you in the deadlift medley in Florida!
