K fellas, got a few questions here but ill provide a little background. I have hypopituitarism, which has resulted in deficiencies of thyroid hormone and sex hormones. Last November my GP put my on TRT of Test Enth @ 100mgs a week (I used 140mg a week) and felt like a ****ing champ. By the end of december (9 weeks in) my boys had atrophied noticably and I wasnt too jacked up about it. I decided to try a pct/restart just to see if there was any chance I could jack my levels up and maybe my pituitary would start producing gonadtropins @ a higher rate than before - basically just a shot in the dark.

*ps. prior to TRT I hadnt used AAS - not that it really makes much difference @ this point*

SO... ive been off for a month, and on 20mgs of nolva a day. Nuts are bigger, heavier, and hanging lower than ever before - which indicates my balls definitley respond when LH and FSH is present. But Im faced with another problem. I have a ****ing horrendous case of tricep tendonitis that has appeared in these last few weeks. Ive been boxing for the last few months, but never had any issues until I started on the nolva(lack of estro?). Basically, im faced with a moral dilemma - I want to hop back on TRT and maybe add some low dose anavar or something and get this shit gone ... but then again, I am not prepared to sacrafice my fertility - so im going to insist to my GP that I incorporate low dose biweekly HCG with the TRT if I go back on.

Basically - anyone here have any comments with respect to long term low dose HCG and its effectiveness with respect to Testicular function? Im just scared of frying my leydig cells 18 months from now or something.

Im gona give my body some rest and hopefully I can get back at it quickly - but im just frustrated as **** because I was getting in really good functional shape and I now that on Test overtraining wont be nearly as much of an issue.

Thanks bros, all comments welcome

I don't know about the long term low dose hcg, but the nolva giving you sore joints sounds familiar. What if you drop the nolva and see how your natural test levels are now?

long term HCG "could" make you irreversibly resistant to LH. Not likely but its a thought. If I were worried about my fertility (which i am not) I would just acquire FSH and HCG when the time came and shoot it with all my test to get the chick preggy. Although FSH is available there isnt much call for it and it might be hard to get.

As the other bros have said you could drop the nova and see if that fixes your elbow, but if I were you I would just go back on the test. If you really do have a hypo-pituitary, doing test and then nova aint going to make it better then before. Also if you are hypo your chances of getting anything pregnant without help are pretty low (although a sperm count should be used to confirm this).

Thats my thoughts at least. Hope this helps

yeah - my last thyroid results had return within range(about 2 weeks ago) ...

So yeah, im gona go for bloodwork in early March and see where in sitting and if its made any difference. Got some ART on the triceps tonight, and well see how that goes as well.
