Cell phone ring tones??

My understanding is that there are two ways of getting some of those...or at least a few:

-downloading and paying a certain amount PER download
-free



I own a blackberry, and would not mind having a few ringers downloaded onto my memory. Any suggestions?

I've got a Curve and loaded my own MP3s onto it and set them as ring tones. Used portions of songs, but using an MP3 editor such as Audacity.

Don't need to pay anything for that; Audacity is free to download:

^^ best way of doing it. You probably have mp3's on your computer. Just crop the good parts from the song with audacity and then send it via usb or bluetooth to your phone.
