I'm glad I avoid foods that contain HFCS, among other nasty processed foods, preservatives and additives.
Xylitol is where it's at. I'm reading all kinds of interesting health benefits to it.
Thanks for sharing the link. Just one more reason to not eat or drink that crap.

I try to avoid all HFCS, but it's inevitable consuming it once in a while.
now just skimming the article, they don't mention what levels they find in HFCS or which products/producers the HFCS is from. If the amount is extremely small then it shouldn't be too concerning (You should probably be more concerned with the amount your getting from your other foods, esp sea food). I also noticed it isn't peer reviewed, which to me means that there could be some serious problems with the study.
but then again, considering the amount of HFCS some parents feed their kids maybe this is the reason so many kids are ****ed up nowadays!
