Aiming for less than 50g carbs a day, then a load on Saturdays.
Everyday:
10 large eggs
60g almonds - 12g carbs
2 cups broccoli
15g olive oil
2 tbsp natty pb - 6g carbs
4oz fish / 6oz prawns
8oz chicken / beef
4 scoops whey - 20g carbs
Toppings include mustard, spices, and vinegar.
~2000cals
Using "The Four Horsemen of the Fat Apocalypse" training outline as a base from T-Nation. Two heavy lifting days, and two lactose-reducing days. Push/Pull, Legs.
Steady-state fasted morning cardio 5/6 days Mon-Sat.
Currently 205lbs - BF% = ?
Goal - drop some BF, show a vein or two, maintain as much muscle/strength as I can.
Will run diet for short six weeks. On 500mg/wk Test E right now, and will throw in Tren A 50mg EOD wk 2-6. Will continue low carb following diet, but possibly TKD or CKD.
Thoughts, suggestions for a new dieter?
