Hey guys, about to do a bulk cycle
(thanks to the guys who helped me out in the last thread, its going to end up looking like this)

1-16 Test e 500mg
1-14 Deca Durabolin 400mg
4-8 dianabol 50mg ed
1-16 12.5mg aromasin ed
1-16 Proviron 50mg ed

after last shot of test
1000iu's HCG E3D for 2 weeks
50mg clomid for 3 weeks after last hcg shot

back on topic
im wondering what everyone's diet looks like when trying to bulk up in conjunction with a cycle like this

my bulking diet is basic eat everything I see stay away from fast food is my only rule and get your protein for the day rest is game on for me

i dont discriminate i eat whatever i see. unfortunately i find the fast food gives me acne so im trying to cut it out.

I agree with all the others so far. Eat everything in site. What I like to do is eat alot of "clean" foods throughout the week, (i.e. whole wheat rice breads, lean meats etc.), and give myself one cheat meal at the end of the week. Similar to Palumbo's Diet only with bulking in mind, (and tons of carbs with all the protein).

With all that scrumptious gear, you don't want to waste it, so have fun with it! Train hard and eat away!

love em. high in carbs and fat, moderate protein.

I agree with all the others so far. Eat everything in site. be careful, as I used to eat as much as i could, and would put on muscle, and get real strong....but you get with it FAT
Watch your BF% and dont let it get to high. You lose too much on big cuts afterwards.

DIET

meal 1: 4 whole eggs, 1 large bagel, 500ml milk

meal 2: 1 pound ground beef, pasta, sauce

WORK OUT

meal 3: 3 scoops of whey protien (90 grams), 2 banana, juice

meal 4: 1 pound ground beef, pasta, sauce

meal 5: 2 scoops of whey protien, oats, milk

meal 6: 2 cans of tuna, 2 banana


turns out it's really fuking hard. it's just too much food and it's disgusting too. after awhile all that ground beef is hard to take.

so basically i'm cutting it back, instead of a pound of ground beef, it's going to be around 260 grams.

i was told by people in here it would work better if i ran it while my test was already rockin.

You could do it as early as week 2 as the test should start to be working its magic.

his androgenic blood levels will be near, if not climaxed. He'll get the most out of the dbol then.

Kickstarting is just something people to to accomplish just that, kickstarting your cycle, doesnt exactly mean you get the best gains by using dbol 1-4

4th week is a really good time to add dbol in for better overall gains and taking advantage of it.

and like gustavo will pop in and say, some might feel shut down using it at the start before test kciks in

wake up and 1 scoop peptopro with 2 scoops waxy maize.

Half hour later 8 Omega3 eggs cooked in EVOO with 2pc toast with strawberry jam, cup of coffee and my daily vits.

Shake, 1c oats ground up in coffee grinder, 70g Iso Gold, 2tbps LBA's, 1tbsp EVOO, ice and water.

next meal is usually eaten out, either a burger and fries from Earls or a couple large roast beef and cheddar sands from Arbys.

2tbsp LBA's

chicken, rice and veggies 1-2tbsp lemon flavored macadamia nut oil..

Shake, same as before.

Pre w/o: 1 scoop peptopro and 2 scoops waxy maize.

during w/o a swig or two of LBA's.

Post w/o: 1 scoops Peptopro with 3 scoops waxy maize.

20min later 70g Iso Gold in water with ice and Glutamine.

3pc Cod or some chicken with rice and vegg, 1-2tbsp lemon flavored macadamia nut oil.

6 whole eggs and 2pc toast.

I often snack in between meals alot, some LBAs here and there, nuts chocolate, PB, diet sodas stuff like that. Thats basically a daily meal plan for me.

I agree with Dk and if I run orals it is at least 4 weeks in. The hard thing for me bulking and dbol is dbol kills my appetite so looking at Kilburn daily feed I would puke and or sleep and be good fror FA.

and my PWO meal is usually taco bell or mcdonalds. so i think its safe to say it digests in about 22 seconds haha.

i would take the dbol the last weeks and stop the day before pct. the other gear will have done its best, and then bammo! big gains from dbol. big strength from dbol.

when i was here in 08 i was at Gold's in NE
now i moved into the NW with a buddy of mine, so im using his setup he has, im gonna be going to the gold's at the NW soon
