View Full Version : Third cycle, test-p and winstrol

Hi.

I don't post here very often, cause english is not my native language, so I'm sorry for the bad spelling. However, I read a lot here. This forum is a very good place to learn.

First cycle was week 1-10 : 400 mg test-e and second cycle was week 1-10 test-e 500mg and D-bol week 1-4 : 25mg/day. As you can see, I kept my cycles simple. I want to have the same methodology with my third cycle. I'm planning to do this, starting march 1st.

week 1-8: Test-p 125mg EOD
week 4-8: winstrol 50mg ED

Questions:

1- I was thinking adding proviron to my cycle. Would it be useful?
2- I was also thinking about using clen during the first 3 weeks and last 3 weeks of this cycle. Is it too much?
3- PCT will be Nolva 40/40/20/20/20. Do I need antyhing else for PCT?


I'm 5'9'', 204 ,11% BF. Diet is very good, 40/40/20 and around 2500 cal, which is below maintenance. In fact, I would like to stay at 204 but be leaner (under 9%).

Any advice and comments are welcome.

1) I'f youre going to do winstrol and proviron, i'd just sub out the winstrol for the masteron and skip the proviron, you'll get the same effect.

2) clen couldn't hurt

3) You could add some aromasin, it's shown great results in pct with both nolva and clomid. I personally don't know of any benefit of dosing your nolva at 40 for 2 weeks. Maybe 2 days to establish blood concentration. I'd do 20 a day for 6 weeks with 25mg of aromasin for the first 4 weeks.

Two comments.

1) Bump the test P up to 150mg just because it is easier to measure and I like multiples of 50.

2) What are you goals?
What you are saying is you want to essentially drop 4 pounds of fat in exchange for muscle.
Why spend your money on roids when you can do the same naturally? Use the gear to put on 10-15lbs and cut down to like 212 and lean.

Well, gaining 4 pounds of mass in exchange of 4 pounds of fat would be great during a 8 week cycle. An exchange of 6 or 8 pounds would be even better.

I think Tren and Test would do a better job, but I don't think I'm ready for this. That's why I wanted to use Test and Winstrol. Maybe I'm too much conservative with my cycles.

Is it me, or cutting cycles are harder than bulking cycle to design?

bro you got it backwards its all about your diet. you can cut or bulk on any combination.

Cutting and Bulking cycles are really easy to design because they are almost the same.
Diet and perhaps exercise composition (German Body Comp, Interval training, etc) are what makes u cut up or "bulk".

Obviously thinks like dbol or a bombs cause bloat but things like winny and test p will not of course.
If you want to lose the fat then cut out the carbs and maybe try a keto diet, but I managed to gain 10lbs of lean mass while on a 6 week test P and winny cycle.

Dropping four pounds of fat and adding 4 pounds of muscle in 8 weeks is impossible without gear. Even with gear, I don't think so. People assume that if they gain 20 pounds in a cycle that it's all muscle, but there's just no way. You're extremely lucky if you put on 15-20 pounds in a year even with extensive aas use IMO.

Please talk to Short Dave about how forced eating through humiliation can cause one to put on weight quickly. Last time I de-loaded I added about 6 lbs of lean body mass through a process known as super compensation.

Proper diet and training can produce the results he wants without drugs.

Legaliz3, thanks for he reminder i appreciated. I already knew that, but I must keep in mind diet is the key here.

Javin, I think you are right. Dropping fat and gaining weight at the same time is difficult. Maybe I should focus only on fat loss in that cycle and try to keep as much muscle as possible.
