last shot

so i'm coming near the end of my first cycle, this saturday will be my last shot. its been a interesting experience. i have to say i really don't want to come off as i feel like an entirely different person than i did 3 months ago. i'm already thinking about my next cycle, and hoping i can keep my gains from this one.

Train just as hard in the gym and eat big. Do nothing differently just because your off and you should be able to keep a lot of the gains. Of course, I hope you have PCT ready to go or those gains will go bye bye.

if you dont go lighter you will probably end up injured and out of the gym for awhile leading to a loss of your gains

you'll actually do more damagae than your body has the capacity to repair if you train just as hard during pct.

yea i got pct ready to go, i actually have enough clomid and nolva to run pct for several cycles.

i'm making today my last shot - it doesn't appear i have enough in the bottle to inject on saturday. so thus concludes my first cycle.

roughly 20 lbs put on. judging by the mirror bf doesn't appear higher, however i notice some water retention in the face.
