50 grams might do it but personally I would go with about 70 grams PWO

Its fine.
I never do it myself....usually just have a gatoarde and whey shake post workout. But fruit is tastier and fine.

Jay Cutler has Coke post workout remember.

I typically like to drink my PWO drink (actually drink half during workout and slam the rest after). If I'm doing a clean bulk I usually have 75g carbs. But an hour after that I will have another meal with fruit/cereal/pasta with another 75g - 150g carbs as well (depending on hunger). Of course protein is included in these meals.
